* Added additional XPath Extension Functions:
** CurrentDateTimeToMillis
** DateTimeToMillis
** MillisToDateTime
** ParseDateTime
** GetSystemProperty

* Added XPath Extension Function implementations for Oracle Service Bus. 

* OSBConfigUtil enhancements and fixes:
** SERVICE_URI_TABLE and SERVICE_URI_WEIGHT now included in generated 
   customisation XML documents.
** PROXY_SERVICE SERVICE_URI's are now included in generated customisation 
   XML documents.
** Customisation XML documents now calculate resource dependencies 
   recursively. 

* Siebel Authentication Token Pool documentation was updated to include 
  embedded API use case.

* Siebel SessionTokenTestClient is replaced with SessionTokenClient. The 
  new client provides a simple static class that can be used to interact
  with the service API.

* Fixed the Fault Management functionality to cater for situations where
  messages may not contain header parts or where certain header parts do not
  contain data.
